Responsibilities

1. Spiritual Growth Advocate: - Encourage and support women in their individual spiritual growth journeys. - Promote participation in Bible studies, prayer groups, and devotionals to deepen their relationship with God.
2. Community Outreach Coordinator: - Lead or participate in community service projects and outreach initiatives. - Organize events that allow women to demonstrate God's love through acts of kindness and charity within the local community.
3. Mentor and Support System: - Serve as mentors to younger or less experienced women within the ministry. - Create a nurturing and supportive environment where women can seek guidance, share experiences, and provide encouragement to one another.
4. Leadership and Event Planning: - Take on leadership roles within the ministry, including event planning, organization, and communication. - Contribute ideas and participate in the planning and execution of ministry activities and gatherings.
5. Empowerment and Skill Development: - Facilitate or participate in workshops, seminars, and mentoring programs aimed at empowering women in various aspects of their lives. - Encourage women to discover their God-given talents and potential, promoting personal and professional development.
